Help and Buying Guides


At Tigris Toys we like to keep things simple. All our prices are in GBP Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Shipping is completely free within the UK mainland, although we do have to charge a small amount for delivery to Northern Ireland, and some postcodes within the Scottish Highlands. We will only ever charge what the courier charges us, and you can check any shipping costs that apply to your postcode prior to ordering.

Making a purchase online

Shopping with us is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Find the item/s you'd like to purchase, and click 'add to basket'
  2. Once you've finished shopping, click 'proceed to checkout'
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions. We'll need your billing and delivery addresses, and your telephone number in case of courier queries. You'll be able to select a payment method and complete your order via our secure payment server.

Ways to pay

You can pay by credit or debit card (we accept all major U.K. cards) or by PayPal. You also have the option to order by 'phone - just give us a call on 01242 808 375. Please bear in mind, though, that orders placed over the telephone can only be paid using a credit or debit card.

After you place your order

As soon as you've finished checkout, we'll send you an e-mail confirming the details of your order with your very own order ID at the top. You'll need this if you contact us for any reason, so please keep it safe! All the nitty gritty – exactly what you've ordered, how you've chosen to pay, the grand total of your order and your personal details – will be confirmed here so do check through and let us know if there's anything not quite right. This order confirmation also serves as your invoice, so keep it safe! We won't include any paperwork in your package.


Item you want not in stock? Never fear. As long as it's coming back, you'll be able to pre-order it as soon as it is en route to our warehouse. As soon as it arrives, we'll send it straight off to you. Need it by a particular date? Please do check the estimated date of arrival and make sure there'll be enough time. Unfortunately we can't be held responsible for any shipping/courier delays that may occur, as we have no control over this, but our warehouse dispatches are always as fast as possible. DON'T FORGET: You'll need to pay for an item before it's reserved for you!

Shipping and Handling

We know you will be excited to receive your order, so we aim to deliver it as fast as we possibly can. That means all orders received before 3pm on normal Mondays to Fridays will normally be shipped the very same day, and should be with you the next working day (that's any day between Monday and Friday which is not a public holiday in the U.K.). Please note things can take a bit longer than this during particularly busy times, or during shipping/customs delays.

For delivery to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands it may take a little longer.

We'll always do our best to get your order to you in double quick time, but occasionally there might be a delay we can't control. That's why the dates we give are always estimated. Delays are not common, but they are more likely during festive seasons and periods of bad weather, so we recommend that you place orders for important events (such as Christmas or birthdays) as far in advance as possible. We can't be held responsible for delays due to customs or couriers.
